Because we limit how many homes we represent, your agent has time to prepare, market and negotiate properly. Our fee is agreed at the start and paid only when the sale completes.

Questions sellers ask

Yes. An agent visits, walks through the home with you and sends a written valuation within 48 hours. There’s no obligation to go ahead with us.

We compare your home with recent sales nearby, including ones we didn’t handle, and show you every sale we used. If a lower asking price is likely to get a better result, we’ll tell you.

Yes. Around a third of our sales go to registered buyers before a home is advertised. We’ll tell you honestly whether that suits your home.

Over the past year it has taken 16 days on average to accept an offer, then 10 to 12 weeks to complete, depending on the chain.

Our agreement runs for 12 weeks, and after that you can end it with 14 days’ notice. There’s nothing to pay unless the sale completes.
