Who we are
Tavrelle is an independent estate agency at 14 Quay Street, Old Quay. We are responsible for the personal information you share with us through this website, by phone, by email or in person.
What we collect
When you send a message, book a valuation, arrange a viewing or register a search, we collect your name, email address and phone number, along with anything you choose to tell us about the home you’re selling or looking for.
We also collect basic, anonymous information about how this website is used, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve it.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to you, arrange viewings and valuations, and tell you about homes that match your search. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing unless you ask for it.
Who we share it with
We share your details only when it’s needed to buy, sell or let a home, for example with the owner of a home you’d like to view, or with solicitors once a sale is agreed. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for two years after we were last in touch, and records of completed sales and lettings for six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@tavrelle.example and we’ll respond within one month.
