Imogen C. opened Tavrelle in 2009 in a former chandlery on Quay Street, with one desk and a rule she still keeps: no more homes than we can look after properly.
Seventeen years on there are eleven of us, and the rule hasn’t changed. We sell and let houses and apartments across Linden Hill, the Old Quay, West Terraces, Saltmarsh and The Downs.
Most of our clients come to us through people we’ve sold for before. We would rather keep it that way than grow into an agency that can’t remember the homes on its books.
